Kaitlin Kessler is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She is author of From Shadow Into Light: Heal Within to Transform the World Around You.

Kaitlin explores how the hidden aspects of our psyche, our "shadows," can become profound teachers rather than obstacles when approached with curiosity and compassion. Drawing upon her background in behavior analysis, Reiki, and her own spiritual awakening, she discusses intuition, channeling, nervous system healing, and the transformative process that inspired her book. Kesler examines how confronting fear, embracing the unconscious, and discovering the gifts hidden within our shadows can lead to greater self-love, healing, and spiritual growth.
