Jack Burkman and Jacob Wohl of Washington, DC lobbying firm J.M. Burkman and Associates sit down with VladTV to answer Boosie Badazz’s claims that he paid $600,000 for help pursuing a Donald Trump pardon and was scammed. The pair deny wrongdoing, saying they were paid for advocacy—not a guaranteed pardon—and argue Boosie’s federal gun case, sentencing timeline, alleged new legal issues, and later arbitration filing complicated the effort.

They also respond to the 60 Minutes report, disputed text messages naming Laura Loomer, Mike Johnson, Erica Kirk and others, and comparisons to Bradford Cohen’s successful pardon work for Lil Wayne and Kodak Black. The conversation expands into Trump’s pardon process, DOJ pardon counsel, Joseph Schwartz’s commutation, lobbying ethics, and their past controversies involving robocalls, voter suppression cases in Michigan and New York, FCC fines, Politico’s LobbyMatic reporting, and Jacob Wohl’s securities case.
