Surviving 17 years in California’s toughest Prisons – Nate – Fresh Out Interviews

Episode notes from Fresh Out

Big Herc went up to Sacramento to interview a former member of the Del Paso Heights Bloods, a rival gang to North Highlands Crips. Nate also known as Nate Dog, was once one of the most vicious “active” members in Prison. Often the first to volunteer to put in work whenever it was called for. As the time passed and his release date coming near he made the decision to leave the gang life behind while incarcerated. He served 18 years in the California State Prison System and is now out helping ex cons get back on their feet post release.
