Debra Lynne Katz, PhD, is the current president of the International Remote Viewing Association. She has a Ph.D. in Psychology & a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She is the founder of, and lead instructor at, the International School of Clairvoyance where she teaches remote viewing, clairvoyant reading and healing techniques and mediumship. She is the author of: The Complete Clairvoyant: A Trilogy; You Are Psychic: The Art of Clairvoyant Reading and Healing; Extraordinary Psychic: Proven Techniques to Master Your Natural Abilities; Freeing the Genie Within, and Associative Remote Viewing: The Art & Science of Predicting Outcomes for Sports, Financials, Elections, and the Lottery. Debra is an accomplished remote viewer, clairvoyant, medium, energy healer, researcher and parapsychologist. She’s a guest host on the New Thinking Allowed. She’s a former Federal Probation Officer.
Dale Graff is the vice president of the International Remote Viewing Associaiton. With degrees in Aeronautical Engineering and Physics and an extensive background in research and applications of psi phenomena, Dale became involved with remote viewing research in 1976 as the Department of Defense contract manager for RV research at the Stanford Research Institute and then eventually a director of Stargate, the military Remote Viewing program. Currently, Mr. Graff presents seminars and workshops for individuals through Psi-Seminars-Initiative. His dream seminar focus is on precognition and healing potential. His published books include Tracks in the Psychic Wilderness and River Dreams.
Lyn Buchanan is a founder of the International Remote Viewing Associaiton and sits on the board of directors. He is a retired Sergeant First Class in the United State Army, Lyn was a Remote Viewer, Database Manager, Property Book Officer, and Trainer in the US Army Remote Viewing Unit from 1984 to 1992. A founder and former IRVA director, he is the author of The Seventh Sense and currently executive director of Problems-Solutions-Innovations, a Controlled Remote Viewing training school, and founder of the Assigned Witness Program, a non-profit Controlled Remote Viewing applications and research corporation based in New Mexico.
Luciano Arruda is Director of IRVA’s International Program and serves on the board of directors for the International Remote Viewing Associaiton. Luciano is a software professional with 20 years of experience in the Globalization Industry having held leading positions in Operations, Product & Marketing in large global companies including Adobe, Google, Uber and fast-growing startups. He’s the Director of Globalization Programs at Automation Anywhere managing global scalable programs and supporting growth initiatives in Asia Pacific, Japan, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. He is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese, Latin American Spanish and English and is a citizen of Brazil, Italy, and the United States.
Elizabeth Barrera is the Education Director of the International Remote Viewing Association, conference program manager and a current board member. She is a remote viewer advanced level in many modalities. She is an energy healer using PEMF, natural empath, intuitive and mystic. Certified in many modalities of consciousness and esoteric arts. Has an Avatar Masters License and has a passion to teach. Her work experience includes 43yrs automotive business development in the corporate sector with 29 years in IT. She has extensive experience in project management, procurement, contract negotiations, education and training, network security, compliance and much more. Volunteers for organizations including but not limited to TEDx, Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity and Hospice.
