I’ve been watching a show about women and men meeting their significant others via “pen pal” websites. How does this work? Do inmates have access to the internet and these pen pal service websites? How common is it for inmates to find significant others and can these pen pals be used as a hustle? I saw one female inmate who was using these websites to “hustle” men. Also the inmates have pictures of themselves on their pages, how does that happen? Are their webcams or something they can use, one lady looked like she was using a cell phone.
