Samantha Danielle Caputi received her doctoral degree in atmospheric science at the University of California, Davis. She is an independent scholar, entrepreneur, STEM tutor, piano instructor.
Here she describes the phenomenon of gender dysphoria with reference both to her own personal history and to the academic literature in sexology.
