Today we will witness a man be sentenced to a different kind of life. Jacob Cayer, 29 was found to be not responsible in the double murders his ex-girlfriend Sabrina Teague, 23, and her mother Heesun “Sunny” Teague, 64 due to mental illness. Rather the Judge ordered him committed to a life term in the custody of the state Department of Health Services instead of prison.
