Ayala and Keys are facing murder charges in connection with the fatal hit-and-run crash that killed Andreas Probst, 66. They were also charged with attempted murder, failing to stop at the scene of a crash, battery, residential burglary, grand larceny of a vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle.
Today they will be receiving their court date for when trial will begin.
