Just had a homie get out about two weeks ago. He did 2 years in the state and was telling me that if you kill somebody inside that the DOC only slaps you with 5 years. Basically that a murder charge only carrries 5 years inside. And out here it’s 25 to life right of the bat. I was wondering if that was true. If it is does that apply with the feds and everywhere too? Thanks homie.
