Extra terrestrial Intelligence with James Harder (1926 – 2006)

This video is a special release from the original Thinking Allowed series that ran on public television from 1986 until 2002. It was recorded in about 1992.

A professor of hydraulic engineering at U.C. Berkeley, the late James Harder, Ph.D., was one of America’s foremost specialists in the hypnotic examination of individuals who have had “contact” with extra-terrestrial intelligences. He has testified before Congress about UFOs. He discusses his insights concerning extra-terrestrial societies as a result of over 100 hypnotic sessions. Such civilizations, Dr. Harder points out, may be constructed quite differently from our own.
