In this VladTV interview, political consultants Jack Burkman and Jacob Wohl respond to CBS’ 60 Minutes report with Lesley Stahl, including the hidden-camera meeting involving convicted wildlife trafficker Amon Corvino and a proposed $300,000 Trump pardon effort. The pair defend their paid advocacy work and address claims surrounding Joseph Schwartz, a Jewish nursing home-chain owner convicted in a tax fraud case, saying they were paid about $968,000—near the reported $1 million fee—before Donald Trump granted him clemency. Wohl and Burkman argue the New Jersey case was mishandled, cite COVID-era nursing home scrutiny tied to Andrew Cuomo, and accuse the judge of anti-Semitic remarks. They also discuss the DOJ pardon process, Ed Martin, Article II presidential powers, and contrast Trump’s pardons with Joe Biden’s controversial clemency decisions involving Hunter Biden and Anthony Fauci. Martin Shkreli and DOJ charging tactics are also referenced.
