The Sensation of Touch with Linda Tellington-Jones

Linda Tellington-Jones is the creator of the Tellington TTouch method. Over 2500 individuals have been trained in this approach and are working throughout the world. She is also author of 21 books about her work with many species of animals.

Here she describes how the application of gentle touching can have a healing influence upon humans and animals.
Sometimes, even imaging a gentle touch can have a profound impact, stimulating the production of both seratonin and oxytocin in the body. She also offer instruction in some simple techniques that help facilitate an appreciation for the power of touch.
