Dale Comstock sits down with Vlad to break down how, at just 23 years old and 164 pounds, he was told he became the youngest soldier selected for Delta Force. The former Green Beret explains the brutal U.S. Army special operations selection process, where 110 candidates started, six finished, and only three were chosen. Comstock details the mindset required to survive ruck marches with heavy gear, psychological evaluations, and the “no second chance” rule for anyone who voluntarily withdraws. He also reflects on the pressure of joining an elite unit alongside operators a decade older, the daily demand to prove himself, and why passion, discipline, and purpose mattered more than size or ego. This conversation offers a rare look at Delta Force selection, Special Forces culture, military resilience, and life lessons from one of America’s most demanding units.
